The Ultimate (and Unhinged) LinkedIn User Archetypes – Part III

11 Aug

Part III – Archetype III “The CFBR Crusaders”
“Commenting For Reach. 🔥🔥🔥”

They don’t just post – they hack the algorithm. Or so they believe.

The CFBR Crusader is part cheerleader, part spambot. They leave “CFBR” (“commenting for better reach”) under every post, regardless of topic:

Layoff update? CFBR.
Promotion? CFBR.
Death in the family? CFBR… but respectfully.

I could be forgiven for thinking CFBR was a brand-new MBTI archetype. In fact, here’s what their full personality profile would read like:

Type: CFBR-A (Cheerleader For Better Reach – Assertive)
Dominant Trait: Engagement farming
Primary Weakness: Actually, reading the post
Communication Style: Emoji forward, substance optional
Love Language: Algorithm approval

They treat engagement like a team sport. Each “🔥” is a prayer to the LinkedIn gods. Dignity is optional.

Signature moves:

“Following for insights!” on posts with zero insights
“Love this!” on things they clearly didn’t read
Fire emojis used like punctuation

Self-test: Ever commented “boosting this” without knowing what “this” was? You’ve found your tribe.
