The Ultimate (and Unhinged) LinkedIn User Archetypes – Part I

11 Aug

Part I – Archetype V “The Trainers & Coaches“

“What’s stopping you from being your best self? Let’s talk.”

These are the professional nurturers of the platform. Part spiritual guide, part HR whisperer, and entirely convinced that one session could unlock your inner Elon.

They write in a rhythmic cadence, always beginning with an open-ended question and ending with a CTA (usually involving a DM and rates available upon request).

Their photos often include:

  • Soft lighting
  • Folded arms
  • A smile that says “I’ve been there too”

Their posts are part confessional, part client funnel. Even their failures sound like ads: “After burning out from a high-paying job, I discovered my purpose. Let me help you find yours.”

Signature moves:

  • Words like “clarity,” “transformation,” and “alignment”
  • Coaching acronyms you’ve never heard of
  • Webinars titled “Unlock Your Limitless Potential”

Self-test: Ever called yourself a “life architect”? You might be eligible for Continuing Coach Education (and applause).
